About My Family

My wife, Sarah, and I have been married four years and are in the middle of a rapidly growing family. We had our first biological child, Archer, in March 2018, and we adopted our daughter, Aria, through the foster care system in June. It is a very exciting, fun, tiring and blessed time in the Bailey household with two kids less than 3 years old!

About My Church Plant

Our ministry in Phoenix, Ariz., is one of being faithful and trusting God's power and provision. Phoenix is one of the darkest cities in America and is increasingly losing ground in making the gospel known. In our communities, nine out of 10 people are considered biblically illiterate. They know nothing or next to nothing about God, Jesus and the Bible.

An estimated 222 people move to our city each day. The problem is that our community is extremely lost and growing rapidly; the solution is more churches. Our mission is simple: We want to make Jesus known. We believe the way to do that is to create a movement of multiplying churches in Arizona that are biblically grounded, relevant to their context and missionally focused on reaching people for Christ.

NAMB Church Planting

Demonstrated Christian character is essential for missionaries and chaplains to gain credibility and build community. A missionary is a person who, in response to God's call and gifting, leaves his or her comfort zone and crosses cultural, geographic or other barriers to proclaim the gospel and live out a Christian witness in obedience to the Great Commission. The North American Mission Board supports missionaries serving across the United States, Canada and their territories. Churches are the missionary incubators and sending centers for missionaries through the Southern Baptist Convention. Missionaries serve in a variety of settings and face tremendous challenges. But the rewards are tremendous and life-changing. Missionaries have the privilege to represent their church and their Father in sharing the gospel as the primary focus of their activity.
