About My Family
Derek and Becca Logsdon got married in September of 2021. Derek recently graduated with his Master of Divinity degree from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, and Becca is currently pursuing a degree in biblical and theological studies from Southern Seminary.
Derek also works part time at Refuge Bowling Green, a Christ-centered non-profit that provides supportive services to refugees and immigrants in their city.

About My Ministry
For the past 10 years, Derek and Becca's Sending Church has had a heart for the west side of their city. They prayed for more than a year in 2019 for God to give direction, and in August 2020, it was affirmed by the congregation that a new church needed to be planted.
This area is overwhelmingly underserved. It is marked with high diversity and is heavily populated with refugees and immigrants. It is also very low income. In the Lord's timing, Derek and Becca hope to take a team from their Sending Church and covenant together in fall of 2022 in this new area of their city!
