About My Family
I was born in Caracas, Venezuela, and immigrated to the United States at the age of 9. While living in Miami, Fla., the Lord called me to pastoral ministry. I completed my undergrad and graduate studies at Moody Theological Seminary, Chicago, Ill. I have served in pastoral ministry since 2003 in Miami and Chicago as an associate pastor, lead pastor and planter of two churches.
My wife, Belkis, was born in Cuba but had to flee to New York at the age of 12 because of persecution. She earned a B.A. in French and cross-cultural ministries (1994) at Liberty University. She enjoys discipling women and serving alongside me.
We have seen God's grace working in our marriage since 1997 through our three children, Abigail (19), Aviel (18) and Aidan (13), and in our move to Rogers Park in 2015.

NAMB Church Planting
Millions living in North America have not been reached with the gospel. But a new church makes change possible in an unreached neighborhood.
Send Network church planters immerse themselves in a community, learning the rhythms and culture as they establish relationships with the lost. A church plant grows out of the evangelism efforts of the planter and his core team.
