About My Family

Lindsey and I married in 2003 and have five children ages 12 and younger: Madeline, Collin, Jude, Spencer and Rex. After 11 years of full-time ministry in Houston, Texas, our family moved to Baltimore in August 2015 to plant a brand new gospel-preaching church.
I was raised the son of strong Christian parents and grew up attending and serving in the church. I came to faith in Jesus at a young age, and knew fairly early in life that I wanted my life’s work to be about the advancement of God’s kingdom through the witness of the local church. When Lindsey and I met and began dating in college, we dreamed of spending our lives making a difference in the world and seeing the life-changing reality of the gospel at work.
Our ministry in northeast Baltimore County is an exciting, faith-fueled adventure every day, and we can't wait to see how God continues to change hearts and lives through the good news that we preach!

About My Church Plant

The church we are planting is called Imprint Community Church. The Perry Hall/Parkville area is home to about 90,000 people, comprised largely of families with children in the home. Throughout 2016 we built a launch team who committed to getting Imprint off the ground. After a year of home Bible studies and community outreach events, Imprint began holding Sunday worship services at a local elementary school March 19, 2017. Imprint's vision is to become a gospel-centered covenant community on mission together for Jesus Christ. We've seen several people place their faith in Jesus for the first time, and we're hard at work making disciples. We hope you'll join our team and help us make a mark for the kingdom of God in Baltimore County!

NAMB Church Planting

Demonstrated Christian character is essential for missionaries and chaplains to gain credibility and build community. A missionary is a person who, in response to God's call and gifting, leaves his or her comfort zone and crosses cultural, geographic or other barriers to proclaim the gospel and live out a Christian witness in obedience to the Great Commission. The North American Mission Board supports missionaries serving across the United States, Canada and their territories. Churches are the missionary incubators and sending centers for missionaries through the Southern Baptist Convention. Missionaries serve in a variety of settings and face tremendous challenges. But the rewards are tremendous and life-changing. Missionaries have the privilege to represent their church and their Father in sharing the gospel as the primary focus of their activity. Many missionaries build a team to join their ministry in prayer, participation, and provision. These friends, family and churches support missionaries beyond the tithes and offerings given within the church plant. Visit for NAMB's policy on providing for church plants.
