About My Family

The Connallys moved to Alaska from Texas in August 2015 with their three boys, Charlie, Harrison, and Austin, in response to God's call. They have been on a continuous journey with the desire to be open-minded and obedient with where God wants them. God moved them to Alaska as evangelism catalysts to support the local church planting movement. They had no idea that God would be placing them in a NAMB church plant where He had other plans. Luke was ordained into the pastoral ministry at Catalyst Church on December 18, 2016, and now serves as the discipleship pastor there. Being a retired Marine and combat-wounded veteran of the war in Iraq, he has a heart for the military and started a ministry on base called Core AK. Mary is a full-time mom who works alongside Luke mentoring and discipling young women.

About My Ministry

Catalyst Church is a NAMB church plant. Our vision is to grow an authentic community of Christ followers through the gospel. Our heart as a church is to raise up leaders by making disciples who are equipped to make disciples. Our mission is to love, learn, lead and leave. We love the Lord our God and our neighbors, we learn as we grow in the knowledge and wisdom of Christ through discipleship, we lead as we become reproducers of that process and leaders in the church, and then we leave the four walls of the church intentionally making disciples as we go, fulfilling the Great Commission. Core AK is a ministry specific to reaching the military community of Alaska. We are able to do this in partnership with a network of ministries that work with and through Catalyst. Our vision is to develop core groups of disciples within the military to reach the world with the gospel. We meet them where they are in life and walk with them to spiritual maturity. We mentor, disciple, and equip them to reproduce this model wherever the military sends them in the world. As they are sent, we commission them as missionaries of the gospel. Our goal at both Catalyst and Core is based in 1 Thessalonians 2:8; we are giving the full gospel as well as our lives for the sake of producing reproducers of Christ.

Pray

For churches as they prepare to send out missionaries and chaplains to push back lostness in North America. For receptive hearts among the people in communities where these missionaries and chaplains will serve. For churches and individuals to partner with missionaries and chaplains and to give of their time and talents. For the Father to send more workers into His harvest to join these missionaries.

Many missionaries build a team to join their ministry in prayer, participation, and provision. These friends, family and churches support missionaries beyond the tithes and offerings given within the church plant.
