About My Family

Paul and Kirsten Mixon started Out of this World Ministries in Febuary 2008 with a desire to share the love of Christ while encouraging Christians to GO! Paul and Kirsten have five boys, Matthew (2004), Michael (2005), Stephen (2009), Joseph (2010) and Jonathan (2015) and one princess, Rebekah (2012).
In January 2012, Paul was asked to work with Central Baptist Church of Crestview for three to six months during a transition as one of the transitional pastors. The church was planted in 1947 by FBC Crestview and had grown to more than 1,000 members; however, over the previous 25 years attendance had fallen to an average of 27 in Sunday worship and 12 in Sunday School. During the past five and a half years the Lord has continued to bless Central and the average Sunday morning worship attendance is 185 with 80 percent in small groups. God is at work in both of these ministries, and it is an exciting time in the life of our family as we are devoted to obedience in the Lord Jesus Christ.

About My Ministry

Out of This World Ministries is committed to sharing the message of Jesus Christ and making disciples to follow Him and GO! We use many means to accomplish this task. We have several outreach avenues, including home repair ministry, women's ministry, neighborhood gatherings and missions experiences, both in the U.S. and abroad. We have partnered with church planters and other missionaries in multiple Send Cities and multiple foreign countries to strengthen and encourage their efforts for Christ.
