About My Family
Amy and I have been married for 25 years (in November). We both graduated from Goshen High School in 1991. We are both avid baseball fans, specifically Cincinnati Reds fans. We have three children, Jared (21), Jackie (16) and Jace (5).
Prior to God's call on my life to go into full-time ministry, I owned a commercial construction company. Amy teaches kindergarten in the Goshen school district and has been teaching for 26 years.
We are an active family, who at times we can be very competitive. We look forward to seeing how God is going to use our family to reach our community for Christ.

About My Church Plant
I surrendered to ministry when I was 30 years old. Soon after I sold my business, I began taking seminary classes and started a year-long pastoral internship at my home church. Upon finishing my internship, I was called by Edenton First Baptist Church to serve as their senior pastor, which is where I served for 14 1/2 years.
Now God is calling us to plant a church in our hometown of Goshen, Ohio. Edenton First Baptist Church is now my Sending Church. We are both excited to partner to expand the kingdom by reaching out to those who are far from God and seeing lives, families and our community transformed by His grace through the gospel of Jesus.

NAMB Church Planting
Millions living in North America have not been reached with the gospel. But a new church makes change possible in an unreached neighborhood.
Send Network church planters immerse themselves in a community, learning the rhythms and culture as they establish relationships with the lost. A church plant grows out of the evangelism efforts of the planter and his core team.
