About My Family
My wife, Mary Margaret, and I met in college and were married in 2016. We moved to New Orleans soon after and quickly grew to love the city. Immanuel Community Church took us in with open arms and graciously gave us opportunities to serve.
In 2018, I completed my M.Div. from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and began coaching at a school in the city. Our experience living in the city and serving at Immanuel stirred up a desire to plant a church in Tremé, and Immanuel sent us out with a core team of 15 members.

About My Church Plant
In September of 2021, Harvest Church launched in the school where I coach. Our mission is to glory God by following Jesus together and to faithfully serve our city. Being in a transient neighborhood, Harvest Church longs to be a consistent witness and faithful presence over the long haul. We regularly engage our neighborhood through evangelistic Bible studies, sports camps and acts of service.

Demonstrated Christian character is essential for missionaries and chaplains to gain credibility and build community. A missionary is a person who, in response to God’s call and gifting, leaves his or her comfort zone and crosses cultural, geographic or other barriers to proclaim the gospel and live out a Christian witness in obedience to the Great Commission. The North American Mission Board supports missionaries serving across the United States, Canada and their territories. Churches are the missionary incubators and sending centers for missionaries through the Southern Baptist Convention. Missionaries serve in a variety of settings and face tremendous challenges. But the rewards are tremendous and life-changing. Missionaries have the privilege to represent their church and their Father in sharing the gospel as the primary focus of their activity.
