About My Family
I attended the University of Northern Colorado. After which, I interned with a college ministry (Cru) for a year. Following my time with that college ministry, I moved to Texas to pursue my M.Div. at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. After I graduated, I began a PhD. Soon after, I joined the staff with the Baptist Student Ministry at The University of Texas at Arlington. There I met the love of my life, Maggie. After a few years on staff, Maggie and I got married.
Maggie and I have been married for a few years now, we have a son, and I have since graduated with a Th.M. and a Ph.D. from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. My research focused on sharing the gospel with members of the LDS (Mormon) Church.
Maggie and I love hosting people in our home, reading the Bible with those exploring Jesus, and hosting mission teams!

About My Ministry
I am the college and discipleship pastor at Risen Life Church. I run Risen Life’s collegiate/young adult ministry. Maggie and I host weekly gatherings for college/young adults in our home. Likewise, I host many collegiate missions teams throughout the year, focusing on sharing the gospel and prayerwalking on the University of Utah campus. In addition, I oversee all community groups and the discipleship curriculum at Risen Life Church, and I am on the Sunday preaching rotation.
