About My Family

My wife, Ellen, and I have been married for nine years and have three children. Zeke is 6, Zoe is 3, and Evie is 2. We also have one golden doodle.

I am originally from Mississippi, and Ellen was raised in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. We met at church, got married and were commissioned as church planters on the same day! We planted our first church in Fairfax County, Va., right outside Washington, D.C. Keeping with our vision to multiply disciples, groups and churches, our church has sent us out to start our second church, still in the D.C. area. Our heart is to see gospel-centered churches planted throughout our nation’s capital!

I love coffee and baseball, and Ellen is a news junkie and avid reader who works part time for two nonprofits in the area.

About My Church Plant

Impact Church of Fredericksburg will be the second church we have planted in the D.C. area. The vision is to continue making disciples who will make disciples who will plant churches who will plant churches. We truly believe that if God sent an awakening to our nation’s capital, it would make an IMPACT throughout the nations on earth.

We desperately desire to see people from every nation worship Jesus Christ! Fredericksburg, Va., is one of the fastest growing cities in the D.C. area, and we are excited to bring the gospel to another part of the city we love!

NAMB Church Planting

Millions living in North America have not been reached with the gospel. But a new church makes change possible in an unreached neighborhood.
Send Network church planters immerse themselves in a community, learning the rhythms and culture as they establish relationships with the lost. A church plant grows out of the evangelism efforts of the planter and his core team.

Pray

Pray for Zeke, Zoe and Evie as they navigate transition at such an early age. Pray the church will be established and will faithfully work to plant in other communities, too. Pray the Lord brings leaders who can help within the church. Pray for stamina and longevity for ministry amidst attacks from the enemy.
