About My Family
Stacy and I met in March 1995 while I was visiting her church on a Sunday morning in Cabot, Arkansas. We were married just a little over a year later in June 1996. I had not yet answered the call into the ministry, although Stacy realized God was definitely working on me. After many years of self-employment, I finally began full-time ministry as a student and children’s pastor. Stacy worked as a dental hygienist until she decided to devote herself to homeschooling our three amazing kids, Logan, Dylan and Lydia. Our whole family has enjoyed serving in the churches we have been a part of, and we’re looking forward to the great adventure of planting a new church.
About My Church Plant
While I was serving as a student pastor, God began to lay a heavy burden on us for the lost and those who are far from Jesus and the church. Our burden to reach these people only increased as I served as lead pastor in Northeast Texas and later in North Houston. I knew God was calling me to plant a new church with this as the driving passion behind everything we do. Finally, in April 2022, God led us to The Summit Church in Vilonia, Arkansas, where I began a church planting residency program for training through the North American Mission Board and Send Network. With this crucial development behind us, we can't wait to see what God is going to do and the lives He is going to change in Jacksonville, Arkansas.
NAMB Church Planting
Millions in North America are in desperate need of hope. Ultimately, the only hope that’s going to last - in this life and the next - is the hope of the gospel. North American missionaries build relationships and share this hope in their communities and beyond.
