About My Family
Brian Morales is married to Joan Daly and is blessed to have two children: Briana and Evan. They are from Juana Diaz, Puerto Rico. The Lord led them to minister in the New Orleans area to reach Spanish-speaking communities in the city with the gospel. They understand the need among Hispanics, and they love and serve this community with joy and compassion.
About My Church Plant
Brian became a follower of Christ when he was 6. At 16, he sensed the Lord calling him to ministry. His initial reaction was rejection and denial because he knew firsthand how hard ministry is, but the Lord revealed the need in the local church for a youth pastor, and after five years he responded to the call. During those five years, he was active in evangelism, Bible study, personal application of God’s Word and obedience to God. His passion was that young adults would serve God in a more tangible way and become exemplary followers of Him.
After serving 10 years as a youth pastor, the Lord opened a door to plant a church in New Orleans. Before this, he was trained in a residency program for five months through RED 1:8 Church Planting Network. Brian and Joan believe God is opening doors, homes and neighborhoods to spread the gospel.

NAMB Church Planting
Demonstrated Christian character is essential for missionaries and chaplains to gain credibility and build community. A missionary is a person who, in response to God's call and gifting, leaves his or her comfort zone and crosses cultural, geographic or other barriers to proclaim the gospel and live out a Christian witness in obedience to the Great Commission. The North American Mission Board supports missionaries serving across the United States, Canada and their territories. Churches are the missionary incubators and sending centers for missionaries through the Southern Baptist Convention. Missionaries serve in a variety of settings and face tremendous challenges. But the rewards are tremendous and life-changing. Missionaries have the privilege to represent their church and their Father in sharing the gospel as the primary focus of their activity. If you are interested in pursuing next steps as a potential missionary or chaplain from your church, explore the possibilities at namb.net/send-me.
