About My Family
When I was 19, I was an atheist, living across the street from the church I now pastor. My world changed when my girlfriend (now my wife) had a life-changing illness that should have killed her. When the Lord physically saved her life from a massive blood clot, He saved me for eternity.
Over the past 25 years, our family has grown through adoption. We adopted Mason in 2012 and Greyson in 2019. Our family has also suffered great tragedy, as Greyson would pass away after a year and half battle with leukemia. Through it all, God has been our rock and filled us with great hope.
Today Karla, Mason and I live in Huntsville, Mo., and pastor a beautiful church—First Baptist Church (FBC) Moberly.

About My Church Plant
I began attending FBC Moberly in 2001. In 2005, I was ordained as a deacon but sensed a greater call into ministry. In 2007, we moved to Kansas City to pursue biblical education, and in 2009 FBC Moberly called me to be their associate pastor to youth and children. Between 2009–2022 I served in this role.
In 2022, the Lord called me to be senior pastor of this same church. When I cast the vision for FBC Moberly in 2022, the vision was simple: “We see the day that FBC Moberly will be a multi-generational, sending church.” Today, we are “sending” members to restart a church in nearby Renick, Mo. This process is unique because I will serve as the pastor of the sending church, while also serving as the lead planter for the Renick church.

NAMB Church Planting
Millions in North America are in desperate need of hope. Ultimately, the only hope that’s going to last - in this life and the next - is the hope of the gospel. North American missionaries build relationships and share this hope in their communities and beyond.
