About My Family
I was born into a pastor’s home and accepted Christ at the age of 12 on the final night of a Vacation Bible School. I grew up all over the U.S. and was instrumental in helping my father in the early years as a full-time traveling evangelist. I felt my calling to preach in middle school at a summer Bible camp and later attended Baptist Bible College, where I met my wife, Amanda. We married in the summer of 2007 and welcomed our first child, Jack, in 2008.
About My Church Plant
In 2009, I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Pastoral Studies, and we accepted our first youth ministry position. Our second son, Joshua, was born in 2010, followed by Evelyn in 2013, Ethan in 2014, and Evan in 2016.
I have served as a youth pastor for eight years in Texas, Ohio and Pennsylvania. Amanda and I spent a year on a church plant team in Hilliard, Ohio. We felt called to plant a church in Canal Winchester, Ohio, in October of 2016. We moved to the area in July, 2018.

NAMB Church Planting
Demonstrated Christian character is essential for missionaries and chaplains to gain credibility and build community. A missionary is a person who, in response to God's call and gifting, leaves his or her comfort zone and crosses cultural, geographic or other barriers to proclaim the gospel and live out a Christian witness in obedience to the Great Commission. The North American Mission Board supports missionaries serving across the United States, Canada and their territories. Churches are the missionary incubators and sending centers for missionaries through the Southern Baptist Convention. Missionaries serve in a variety of settings and face tremendous challenges. But the rewards are tremendous and life-changing. Missionaries have the privilege to represent their church and their Father in sharing the gospel as the primary focus of their activity.
