About My Family
I am Cesar, a church planter in the Seattle area. My wife, Reyma, and I married in January 2010 and are passionate about church planting. Our journey began with God’s call to the Pacific Northwest (PNW) in 2013. I served as pastor at Oak Harbor Christian Fellowship and partnered with NAMB and the Northwest Baptist Convention to plant Mount Vernon Christian Fellowship (Koinonia Church) in 2015. Our vision is to plant Filipino-American/multi-ethnic churches in the PNW, fulfilling the Great Commission.
We have two children, Nathan (13) and Eliana (10). Nathan is involved with the youth ministry and worship team, and Eliana participates in the kid’s ministry, singing special numbers and gracing the church with her voice. We are committed to living out our faith and following God’s leading in our church-planting journey as a family.

About My Church Plant
Our ministry is dedicated to expanding God’s kingdom through church planting across the Pacific Northwest. Since 2013, we have focused on establishing Filipino-American and multi-ethnic churches to fulfill the Great Commission. Our strategy includes identifying where God is at work, developing leaders, and recruiting passionate individuals for church planting. We are preparing to launch a new church in the Seattle area (Lynnwood) with plans to begin gatherings in fall 2024. Our approach is grounded in prayer, discernment and a commitment to God’s timing, striving to multiply churches and make disciples throughout the region.
NAMB Church Planting
Millions living in North America have not been reached with the gospel. But a new church makes change possible in an unreached neighborhood.
Send Network church planters immerse themselves in a community, learning the rhythms and culture as they establish relationships with the lost. A church plant grows out of the evangelism efforts of the planter and his core team.
