About My Family
Growing up, my family attended a Lutheran church. I was baptized young, though I didn’t understand it. We eventually stopped attending, and faith wasn’t consistent at home. Church often felt like an obligation. In middle and high school, I wasn’t serious about my faith, mostly involved for the social side.
For college, I planned to stay in-state, but my dad suggested Montana. When I visited, I knew I should go there. Looking back, I see God’s providence, placing me in a community that pointed me to Him. I can’t name a single moment, but I believe I was saved in the spring of my sophomore year through discipleship with my friend, Ellie. Before that, I didn’t understand the gospel and that Jesus lived the life I couldn’t live and that He gave Himself for me.

About My Ministry
Grizzly Christian Fellowship is an extension of Sovereign Hope Church on campus at the University of Montana. We operate as an evangelistic outpost of the local church, knowing that the university is a strategic hub for advancing the gospel across the city, region, and, ultimately and prayerfully, across the globe!
Our ministry consists primarily of sharing the gospel, discipling students in one-on-one and small-group settings, training up leaders for campus and the church, holding evangelistic/discovery Bible studies on campus, hosting students, and sending students out into the world as equipped disciple-makers. Everything we do centers on and revolves around the good news that Jesus did everything required to save sinners and restore us to a relationship with God!
