About My Family
My wife, Hanna, and I are originally from the southern U.S. We met while serving with Current Canada in Cochrane, Alberta, in the summer of 2013. During that summer, God gave us both a love for Calgary, a heart for living missionally and a vision for church planting. He also developed in us a love for each other, and we were married a year later.
We moved to Calgary in 2016. Within our first three years of living in Canada, Hanna graduated from Canadian Baptist Theological Seminary (CBTS) and began working for the Canadian Baptist National Convention (CNBC). I have worked as a teacher and personal trainer and will graduate CBTS in December 2023.
Calgary has been our home for seven years. We and our 2-year-old son enjoy going on road trips, taking our dog to the river, hiking, camping, sports and enjoying life with friends and family.

About My Church Plant
Since moving to Calgary in 2016, we have grown to love the people of downtown Calgary. God has given us a vision for planting missional churches throughout the neighbourhoods of downtown Calgary that regularly meet for studying God’s Word, practicing family and serving the neighbourhood. We desire to see churches, leaders and disciples multiplied.
With a heart for planting co-vocationally, we seek to develop a shared leadership model with other co-vocational leaders. We desire to see people transformed by the love of Christ and called out to join God in transforming neighbourhoods and the city. We also serve as GenSend coaches in Calgary.

NAMB Church Planting
Millions living in North America have not been reached with the gospel. But a new church makes change possible in an unreached neighborhood.
Send Network church planters immerse themselves in a community, learning the rhythms and culture as they establish relationships with the lost. A church plant grows out of the evangelism efforts of the planter and his core team.
