About My Family

Originally from West Memphis, Arkansas, I have served in ministry in Wynne, Arkansas, at Three Trees for the past 15 years as a worship leader and missions pastor. Since I was a teenager, I knew that God was leading me into ministry as a missionary.

I am married to Amanda, and we have four children. We have served as both short- and long-term missionaries in Mexico, El Salvador, and Guatemala since 2011. God has called us to and equipped us for the “hard to reach” and the “under-reached” people groups of the world. We believe that God is calling us to serve alongside Pastor Stephen at Mosaic Church Vineyard, where I will lead worship and begin discipleship groups in this LDS context.

There is a rapidly growing Hispanic population in Utah, and because I served in Central America, God has given me the gift of speaking Spanish.

About My Church Plant

Mosaic Church Vineyard launched in September of 2024 in a rapidly growing area with a population of more than 20,000, and continues to grow. In the early 2000s, this area was nothing but farmland with a population of the 100s.

Utah County is unique in the fact that it is the most unchurched region in North America with less than 2% of people being Bible-believing Christians. In Vineyard, less than 1% of the population identifies as evangelical Christians. Mosaic Church Vineyard is THE ONLY CHURCH IN THIS CITY! WOW! As a matter of fact, Mosaic is the first and only Christian church in the city’s history.

God has gifted Amanda and me with the ability to walk through Scripture and teach God’s Word to people who have a background in false teaching. We believe God will use these gifts to grow His kingdom in Utah.

NAMB Church Planting

Millions in North America are in desperate need of hope. Ultimately, the only hope that’s going to last - in this life and the next - is the hope of the gospel. North American missionaries build relationships and share this hope in their communities and beyond.
