About My Family
I grew up in Alturas, California, and moved to Chico for college in the summer of 2023. Lauren grew up in Paradise, which is a town outside Chico. She attended Challenge regularly. She and I met in fall 2023. We began dating and got engaged roughly a year later.
I graduated in 2025 with a degree in Administration of Justice, and Lauren will graduate in spring 2026 with a degree in Animal Science. We have both been involved as student leaders during our time with Challenge. We enjoy the outdoors, spending time with our families, and going on trips. In our free time, Lauren enjoys silversmithing, and I like to fish.
Lauren and I are very excited to move to Reno, Nevada, over the summer and begin full-time ministry on the University of Nevada, Reno’s campus!

About My Ministry
Lauren and I have a passion for college ministry, specifically Christian Challenge, because of the work that God has done in our lives through it. God used Challenge to change our lives. Because of this, we want to share the love of Christ with others using the same methods. Challenge is effective and powerful because it emphasizes discipleship, which involves meeting with students one-on-one to equip them with what the Bible provides.
God has called us to full-time college ministry in another state because it is desperately needed. We aim to live a life centered on Christ, regardless of where we are serving or how long we are in full-time college ministry.
