About My Family
Jamie and I both grew up in the same small Missouri town. In May of 2016, we graduated from the University of Central Missouri, got married and moved to Kansas City so I could begin studying at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (MBTS). In spring of 2019, I completed my
Master of Divinity degree at MBTS.
In considering through conversations and prayer what the Lord had for us post-graduation, our ties to the New England region seemed to pull us toward the Northeast. We were presented with the opportunity to go to a small town, in Bristol, R.I., to partner with a new NAMB church plant, Mount Hope Church (MHC). Joel Sedam had served as the sole staff pastor for nearly three years since planting and had been praying for help to come. We moved at the end of May and moved to partner in ministry with MHC.

About My Church Plant
Mount Hope Church was planted in February of 2016 in Bristol, R.I., as a response to the considerable lack of gospel-centered churches in smaller, rural areas in New England. Mount Hope exists as a community that follows Jesus together as they seek to declare and display His good news.
I currently serve as the assistant pastor. I will help with preaching and teaching, member care, creating church structures to care for members and sustain growth like community groups, and help aid in the college and nursing ministries of our church.

NAMB Church Planting
Millions in North America are in desperate need of hope. Ultimately, the only hope that’s going to last - in this life and the next - is the hope of the gospel. North American missionaries build relationships and share this hope in their communities and beyond.
