About My Family
I was born and raised in Indiana to a family who introduced me to Christ. My husband, Daniel, grew up in Afghanistan and was a devout Muslim. After fleeing home and becoming a refugee in western Asia, he met believers and eventually started to follow Christ and later began serving fellow refugees in his city. The two of us met in that city, both desiring to serve and share the gospel among the displaced from Afghanistan.
Years after meeting, we were married and later welcomed our first child, a little girl. Instability in the region forced us to consider immigrating to the U.S. After Daniel received a visa in spring of 2024, and while pregnant with our son, our family moved to the United States, eager to continue in ministry among Afghans now stateside.

About My Ministry
Using our knowledge of language and culture, as well as our years of experience serving overseas, we serve Afghan migrants, walking with them through their transition into life in the United States. Building trust, meeting needs, practicing hospitality in our home and in our hearts, we look to share the gospel in our words and in our deeds that those who are “poor in the eyes of the world” become “rich in faith” and inherit the kingdom of God.
We also work with established American churches to grow their awareness of the needs of foreigners living among them, resourcing them and encouraging their engagement with the least reached in their neighborhoods.
