About My Family
My name is Daniel Carter, and my family and I are honored that you desire to partner with us to reach the Washington military population for Christ. My wife, Rachelle, and I have been married since 2017, and we have three beautiful children—Ruby, Hudson, and baby Charlotte.
God has burdened our hearts to reach the military community for Christ. I served in the Marine Corps Reserve for five years and saw firsthand the great need for the gospel. From 2016 to today, my wife and I have served in full-time ministry in making disciples in military communities. We planted Pillar Church of San Diego in 2020, and in 2026, we made the move to plant another Pillar Church near Joint Base Lewis-McChord near Tacoma, Washington.

About My Church Plant
I am leading a church plant to reach the military community for Christ near Joint Base Lewis-McChord. We belong to a larger network of churches called the Praetorian Project, which specifically plants churches outside military installations (praetorianproject.org).
Our church vision is simple—to know Jesus and make Him known—yet our scope is great, like our God! We desire to plant a church that multiplies in planting other churches throughout Washington, the nation, and even the world.

NAMB Church Planting
Millions living in North America have not been reached with the gospel. But a new church makes change possible in an unreached neighborhood.
Send Network church planters immerse themselves in a community, learning the rhythms and culture as they establish relationships with the lost. A church plant grows out of the evangelism efforts of the planter and his core team.
