About My Family

My wife, Hannah, and I are church planters who left our home country of Nigeria in West Africa in 2017 due to the persecution and killings of Christians by the cult group, Badoo, and the rising threat of Boko Haram, Fulani herdsmen, and Islamic State–West Africa Province jihadists. We are passionate, caring and have an undying love for the gospel of Jesus and the salvation of lost souls.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in secretarial administration and a master’s degree in theological studies from Gateway Seminary in Ontario. I am also a certified administrator with the state of California.

Hannah has a degree in communication arts from the University of Uyo in Nigeria and is a certified administrator with the state of California. Hannah is a committed member of our Sending Church’s prayer team.

We are blessed with three lovely children.

About My Church Plant

My wife and I have been in active ministry for the past 24 years, serving in various capacities. Before arriving in the United States of America in August 2017, we were involved in planting and leading churches in our home country of Nigeria. For the past five years, my family and I have been serving at Hope in the Valley Baptist Church in Hemet, Calif. Hope in the Valley is our Sending Church. I serve as associate pastor and as a member of the intercultural engagement team that oversees missions and church plants. I have also served in the role of pastor/chaplain at Christmas Cottage and Brookedale, both of which are assisted living homes for the elderly in Hemet.

I consider it a great privilege to be chosen to serve the Lord and His kingdom as a church planter in Moreno Valley.

NAMB Church Planting

Millions living in North America have not been reached with the gospel. But a new church makes change possible in an unreached neighborhood.
Send Network church planters immerse themselves in a community, learning the rhythms and culture as they establish relationships with the lost. A church plant grows out of the evangelism efforts of the planter and his core team.

Pray

Pray for my family as we work together in ministry. Pray the church will be established and will faithfully work to plant in other communities, too. Pray the Lord brings leaders who can help within the church. Pray for stamina and longevity for ministry amidst attacks from the enemy.
