About My Family
I was born and raised in Augusta, Ga. Julie was born and raised in Sebring, Fla. We were both born into active, church-serving families. The Lord saved both of us as children, but we have had to grow in that salvation for sure.
We met at Bryan College in Dayton, Tenn., in my freshmen year. We were married in 1993 and remained in Dayton. We moved to Charlotte, N.C., in 1998 for a job. While in college, the Lord put a call on our hearts for missions, but we understood little about God’s timing. We accepted this call in 2009. It has been a wonderful and terrifying journey.
The Lord has blessed us with four incredible children: Rebekah, Katie, Emily and Nathan. We are excited to see where the Lord will lead them in their lives!

About My Ministry
International Campus Ministry (ICM) was a pioneer ministry. We began ICM in November 2011. We worked alongside the Baptist Collegiate Ministry (BCM), which has been ministering at Purdue University since 1962. In January of 2020, the BCM and ICM merged and re-branded as Launch Campus Ministry. We are still overseeing the international student emphasis of Launch. We seek to introduce as many international students to Jesus as possible, along with training and mobilizing Christian international and domestic students to catch this vision and to introduce the local church to this God-sized opportunity.
Through this journey, we have even been given opportunities to train other churches and members around Indiana to engage international students. I am also currently serving on the BCNet and have served on the executive board of SCBI.
