As a 501(c)(3) organization, the North American Mission Board respects the intent of givers while retaining discretion over the use of all gifts. Any gifts received above the specific need will be applied where the need is greatest.

About My Family

Currently, I am serving as a RePlant pastor at The Well in Alamogordo, N.M., and as the associational missions strategist of Mountain Valley Baptist Association. My family and I moved to Alamogordo from Fort Worth, Texas, where I served as a family and associate pastor. Before that I served in the southeastern part of New Mexico as a pastor of a normative sized church and also served as a collegiate ministries director for the Baptist Convention of New Mexico before moving to Fort Worth. I’m a graduate of Gateway Seminary with a Master of Theological Studies degree.

My wife, Elizabeth, attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth where she earned her Master of Arts in Christian Education. Elizabeth also grew up in the Alamogordo area. We have three children: Collin, RaeLynn and Madilynn.

About My Church Plant

The Well is a local church family who works together to reach our surrounding communities by filling needs and pointing others to Christ. We are a family of believers who come from all walks of life. If you have heard the saying of places being a melting pot of diversity concerning the people there, well, that is us. Regardless of where you are from or what your background is, we are glad you are here.

Together with our diversity, we exist to glorify God and make disciples who will go out and make other disciples. Currently we are the only body of believers of any denomination within the community in which we are planted. Our community is in an area of our city that many have forgotten or simply do not want to come to. The soil is hard, but we are starting to see fruit.

NAMB Church Planting

Millions in North America are in desperate need of hope. Ultimately, the only hope that’s going to last - in this life and the next - is the hope of the gospel. North American missionaries build relationships and share this hope in their communities and beyond.

Pray

Pray for boldness to share the gospel and open hearts among the people within the low-income community in Alamogordo. Pray that through The Well, more people would come to saving faith and live on mission. Pray for stamina and longevity for ministry amidst attacks from the enemy.
