About My Family
Hello! Thank you for your interest in the work taking place on Eastern Kentucky University’s (EKU) campus through the Baptist Campus Ministry (BCM).
My wife, Rachel, and I met at the BCM at EKU while we were in college. While there, we served on the worship team together, which led to a relationship and, eventually, marriage in January of 2026. I graduated from EKU in 2024 with a degree in Communication Studies and a minor in history, and Rachel graduated from EKU in 2025 with a degree in nursing.
In our free time, Rachel and I love spending time with our friends and family, reading, and hosting people in our home, but most of all, we love serving our church (Ashland). I have the privilege to serve as a pastoral intern at Ashland and am also pursuing a Master of Divinity from the The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

About My Ministry
Through the support of Ashland Church and the North American Mission Board, I serve as a Campus Ministry Associate at the BCM on EKU’s campus. The vast majority of EKU’s campus does not have a saving relationship with Jesus Christ. The goal of the BCM is to reach the campus with the gospel. To do this, we intentionally disciple students to help them see and savor Christ, equip them to share the gospel with the campus and abroad, and encourage them to become members of a local church.
Throughout the week, we have small group Bible studies, one-on-one discipleship times, worship gatherings, outreach events, and a free meal.
I hope that you would prayerfully consider partnering with us in the work God is doing in the lives of the students at EKU!
