About My Family
I come alongside all kinds of people to get the gospel into our minds, hearts and daily actions. I pioneered Saddleback Church’s Talk-In-Church discipleship method for Bible Study Communities. I have served culturally diverse churches ranging from small congregations to mega churches, naturally stepping into lead pastor roles.
As a bridge builder, I am ordained in Transformation Ministries (Aspire) and the Southern Baptist Association. With both MDiv and MACM degrees, I am uniquely equipped for holistic ministry. My top five Clifton Strengths—Individualization, Connectedness, Woo, Adaptability, and Strategic—reflect my ability to connect personally and guide people to create flexible ministries that advance the gospel mission.
My wife, daughters and I live in Orange County, Calif.

About My Church Plant
At Tables Church, we gather for weekend services where God’s people meet around tables to practice Jesus’ example of discipleship, contextualized for today’s experiences. Our leadership started with a vision of following the discipleship methods of Jesus. As each of us on our discipleship journeys sought the Lord, Jesus has been shaping our hearts to more deeply explore His ways. This led us to several observations about how Jesus made disciples:
1. Jesus used a variety of learning tools.
2. Jesus gave applications to individuals, because He interacted as he taught with the individuals.
3. Jesus did discipleship in community.
4. Jesus’ main focus was on developing the disciple-makers, initially His 12.
Join us as we love people like Jesus, form them into the image of Jesus and commission them to do the work of Jesus.

NAMB Church Planting
Millions living in North America have not been reached with the gospel. But a new church makes change possible in an unreached neighborhood.
Send Network church planters immerse themselves in a community, learning the rhythms and culture as they establish relationships with the lost. A church plant grows out of the evangelism efforts of the planter and his core team.
