About My Family
My beautiful wife, Danni, and I have four beautiful daughters and a new baby boy. Their names are Evie, Zoey, Tai, Shiloh and baby Ezekiel.
Moving all of us to Maui is going to bring some struggles, namely the cost of living at least doubling, and leaving our families and church family that has been such a healthy place for us for the past decade. We trust God will meet our needs and bless us with abundant spiritual blessings as we hold onto this promise:
“Jesus said, ’Truly, I say to you, there is no one who has left house or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or lands, for my sake and for the gospel, who will not receive a hundredfold now in this time, houses and brothers and sisters and mothers and children and lands, with persecutions, and in the age to come eternal life’” (Mark 10:29-30).

About My Church Plant
Our hope is to help establish a gospel-centered church on the west side of Maui.
Maui, like all places, has a need for healthy churches. But because of the culture, cost of living and distance from family, the church in Maui has struggled in recent years. Maui is a wonderful place to visit, but a difficult place to call home. Our goal is to help see God’s people flourish on the island of Maui and help other sister churches do the same. But the only way this will happen is for believers to settle down in this tough place to live and make it home.
This can happen if there are healthy, gospel-centered churches in Hawaii. We desire to see that happen in every town in Hawaii.

NAMB Church Planting
Demonstrated Christian character is essential for missionaries and chaplains to gain credibility and build community. A missionary is a person who, in response to God's call and gifting, leaves his or her comfort zone and crosses cultural, geographic or other barriers to proclaim the gospel and live out a Christian witness in obedience to the Great Commission. The North American Mission Board supports missionaries serving across the United States, Canada and their territories. Churches are the missionary incubators and sending centers for missionaries through the Southern Baptist Convention. Missionaries serve in a variety of settings and face tremendous challenges. But the rewards are tremendous and life-changing. Missionaries have the privilege to represent their church and their Father in sharing the gospel as the primary focus of their activity. If you are interested in pursuing next steps as a potential missionary or chaplain from your church, explore the possibilities at namb.net/send-me.
