About My Family
We are grateful and honoured to be church planters for NAMB. My wife, Heesun, and I have been married since 2013. We have three beautiful children—Abigail, Sam, and Eunice. I have been serving as a pastor since 2010, serving in a variety of ministries including youth, young adults, choir, and mission.
About My Church Plant
God has allowed me to serve in youth ministry for the majority of my time as a pastor, and I am grateful to be planting a church with a group of young adults whom I ministered to while they were in the youth group. I am passionate about communicating the gospel to people of all generations and cultures, and it is our prayer that Abide Church be a place where transformative worship can take place.
The name of our church in Korean is 주임재교회, which translates to “The Presence of the Lord.” The English name of the church is simply “Abide Church,” which emphasizes our desire to remain in His presence and to abide by His Word.

NAMB Church Planting
Millions living in North America have not been reached with the gospel. But a new church makes change possible in an unreached neighborhood.
Send Network church planters immerse themselves in a community, learning the rhythms and culture as they establish relationships with the lost. A church plant grows out of the evangelism efforts of the planter and his core team.
