About My Family
We are Harrison and Janae Beckmann! We have three children—Will, Skylar, and Raelynn. We’ve lived in the Indianapolis area since 2014.
I’ve been in pastoral ministry for 12 years, first as a worship leader, then as an associate pastor, and now as the planter and pastor of Providence Church. We love Jesus, the local church, and seeing people grow in their joy in God. I finished an M.Div. in 2022. Around that time, God began to draw us to an area of need for a healthy church in Indianapolis, and so we moved to Speedway in 2024 to plant Providence.
Janae loves women in the church and is passionate to see women discipled and knowing that God’s Word is good for them, too! She homeschools our three children.

About My Church Plant
Speedway is a small town within a big city, ripe to hear the gospel preached and lived out in a healthy local church. It is most well-known as the home of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, where the Indy 500 is held every year. People are very friendly, but there is lots of spiritual confusion and need.
Alongside the normal challenges of city ministry—cultural and economic diversity, poverty, and a lack of established, healthy churches—Speedway and Indy’s West Side have a fierce independence and self-reliance that can sometimes interfere with recognizing the need for Jesus.
Providence Church was planted to address these needs and to create an outpost for the gospel in this place. We gather weekly, do Bible studies and outreach in our community, and lean hard on a strong neighborly culture to engage in relational, one-to-one evangelism.
