About My Family
We are the Swinks! I am a North Carolina native, and Lexi is originally from Upstate New York. Both of us heard the gospel and became followers of Christ through the efforts of church planting. We met and became close friends while serving in college ministry and were married shortly after.
Although we are unified in our mission, we both have different passions that work together. My heart beats for young adults who are asking the big questions of life and those struggling with what they believe. Lexi is burdened for international students and groups and under-resourced communities. Individually and together, our lives have been categorized by a desire to know God and to make Him known!

About My Church Plant
In January of 2023, the Lord led us to join Port City Church, which will be launching in 2024 in Norfolk, Virginia. Our role when we arrive in Norfolk will be to serve as full-time collegiate/urban missionaries starting in August of 2023. We will be focusing on Old Dominion University (ODU), which has a diverse body of students, including a prominent international community.
NAMB Church Planting
Millions in North America are in desperate need of hope. Ultimately, the only hope that’s going to last - in this life and the next - is the hope of the gospel. North American missionaries build relationships and share this hope in their communities and beyond.
