About My Family

Amanda and I have been married since March 24, 2012. We grew up in the same church, but it wasn’t until a mission trip in college that we began liking each other—and we haven’t stopped since! We both have a background in education before serving in full-time ministry. I taught high-school math, and she taught fifth grade. The Lord has blessed us with three wonderful children: Lyla, Joshua and Aaron. We love to spend time together exploring our city at parks, museums and various community events.

Amanda and I both served with NAMB in college. God used these experiences to give us a burden for the unreached places of North America. Over time, He refined that burden to a specific call—church planting. The call to a city came after I visited Boston on a short-term mission trip. We are excited to join in God’s work here in New England!

About My Church Plant

Our family has been in Boston since July 2023. I served as a church planting resident at Redemption Hill Church Medford for two years while completing a Send Boston residency, before planting in Tewksbury, Mass. Tewksbury is a suburban town in both the Greater Boston and Merrimack Valley regions. We officially launched a weekly Sunday service in September of 2025! For over a year prior to launch, we spent time engaging our town and area with the gospel. We connected with local businesses, served at our senior center and a local hospital, connected with our region at Commuter Rail Stations and served a variety of other local partners. We hosted a Life Group for a year prior to launch, where we saw our launch team grow and be discipled. Throughout the planting process, we have been first-hand witnesses of God’s faithfulness and provision!

NAMB Church Planting

Millions living in North America have not been reached with the gospel. But a new church makes change possible in an unreached neighborhood.
Send Network church planters immerse themselves in a community, learning the rhythms and culture as they establish relationships with the lost. A church plant grows out of the evangelism efforts of the planter and his core team.
