About My Family
Jacob is from Los Gatos, Calif., but he moved to Chico, Calif., in 2012 to attend school. While he was there, his life was radically changed by God through the Christian Challenge ministry. He started working for them as an intern in 2016 and joined full-time in 2018.
Katie is from Fort Worth, Texas, and moved to Chico in the winter of 2016 to be part of Chico Community Church and to help with Challenge. After volunteering with Challenge for a semester, she also became an intern.
During all this, they started dating and got married May 11, 2019. In 2021, God called them to move to Fort Worth, Texas, to reach college students and make disciples at Tarrant County College (TCC). They are starting a new ministry and are expecting their first son!

About My Ministry
Christian Impact is a ministry at TCC that aims to glorify God by making disciples on the college campus. We labor to see students changed by the gospel and train them to become disciple-makers.
Christian Impact is passionate about connecting students with local churches so they will continue learning and growing in their walk with God past college.
