About My Family
My wife and I got married in 2012 and immediately joined the mission to raise up the next generation of disciple-makers in college ministry. We worked with the Navigators at Iowa State for five years, then moved to New York City in 2018 captured by the picture of Revelation 7:9-10 represented in the city.
We have been working with college students at New York University Tandon, Marymount Manhattan College, and Yale the past five years, seeing God use our little lives to bring students to Christ and become leaders in places considered hard for the gospel. God provided us with our wonderful son, Oliver, in July of 2022. The three of us have found our home in New City Church, seeing the gospel break down barriers in ourselves and in the lives of those around us.

About My Church Plant
I have seen the power of Jesus and the gospel to change every aspect of my life. As Colossians 2 says, all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are found in Christ. I bring that same approach to the leadership of New City Church. In my sermons, in my team building, and in my mentoring, we seek to find all the hope in the gospel to move forward into further freedom and maturity in Christ.
We have a beautiful picture of this gospel of grace changing lives, as it has encouraged many in our church to take steps of leadership and has changed entire family networks. We are also seeing the power of grace to minister to many different people groups, as New York City is the most diverse city in the history of the world! The gospel has something to say to every culture, and we love seeing God’s power transform many lives!

NAMB Church Planting
Millions in North America are in desperate need of hope. Ultimately, the only hope that’s going to last - in this life and the next - is the hope of the gospel. North American missionaries build relationships and share this hope in their communities and beyond.
