About My Family

My wife and I have four sons and one exceptional daughter-in-law. My wife and I are both students at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. I’m a Ph.D. candidate majoring in Christian leadership, and she is pursuing a Master of Arts in Discipleship.

About My Church Plant

I’m an SBC-endorsed law enforcement chaplain. I currently serve as executive pastor of Goodwater Church—a church being planted in Whitefish, Mont., in collaboration with NAMB and the Montana Southern Baptist Convention. Our sending church is First Baptist Church in Georgetown, Texas. I’m a retired Army Chaplain.

Pray

Pray God will provide for the church and bring individual partners necessary to support the launch of Goodwater Church. Pray for boldness to share the gospel and open hearts among the people to whom I minister. Pray people will come to saving faith in Jesus. Pray more believers will become missionaries and chaplains.

Participate

Commit to long-term prayer support. Explore the opportunities to extend your church’s reach by becoming a chaplain. Be involved in supporting chaplains and their families. Send notes of encouragement. Talk with a chaplain about his or her ministry context. Send resources that support a chaplain’s ministry context. Pray for chaplains and their families.
