About My Family
Vanessa and I were born in the Dominican Republic where we both came to Christ at a young age. We met while visiting the same church. For several years, I worked as a worship and a youth pastor while Vanessa worked as a kids’ Sunday School teacher.
I went to dental school, became a dentist and started using my skills in the mission field, helping local churches to impact their communities by providing dental services as a way to show the love and compassion of Christ.
Vanessa and I got married in 2012 and now have three kids: Juan, Josue and Joel.
After helping plant several churches in the Dominican Republic, we all came to the United States, where I had the opportunity to pastor Vida Nueva Baptist Church in Vienna, Georgia. We are now planting a Hispanic church in Tallahassee, Florida.

About My Church Plant
After starting a Bible study in our own house back in 2020, a church grew into what now is Iglesia Bíblica Cristiana de Tallahassee (Tallahassee Christian Bible Church). We are currently in the process of being launched and receiving a donation of a building from the hands of the Tallahassee Florida Baptist Association. After growing as the Hispanic Ministry of North Florida Baptist Church, our hope is to move in April after remodeling this building during the month of March. Once in this building, we will continue to grow as a disciple-making church that shares the gospel with every man, woman and child and makes disciples who make disciples who plant churches. Last year, we had the opportunity to baptize seven people and are now offering discipleship to more than 30 people.
NAMB Church Planting
Millions in North America are in desperate need of hope. Ultimately, the only hope that’s going to last - in this life and the next - is the hope of the gospel. North American missionaries build relationships and share this hope in their communities and beyond.
