About My Family
My amazing wife, Dawn, and I have been married since 2006. We have three busy children: Annie, Katie-Beth and Andy. Activities we regularly attend include band, softball, girls wrestling and soccer. It is rare to find our house without extra children running around.
I have been in ministry either as a volunteer, intern or church staff member for 20 years. Dawn is in her fourth year as the best mental health counselor ever, but I might be a bit biased.
In my free time I enjoy woodworking, and Dawn enjoys painting. We have lived in several places, but we have always loved building relationships with those around us. God has called us to love people in their mess in order to help them give that mess to Jesus.

About My Church Plant
We are planting Corridor Church in Milford, Iowa. It is also know as the Okoboji area. It is a major vacation spot for families and a party place for Midwest college students during the summer months.
I had the privilege of baptizing a young couple recently. As we were getting to know them, one theme continued to emerge—community. People in their 20s are longing for true community. In a generation that is connected in more ways than any generation before, they largely feel alone. Corridor Church desires to help build relationships with others by guiding them to the most fulfilling relationship possible, which is a relationship with Christ.
We are called to “Pursue the One.” Just as the shepherd in Matthew 18 goes after the lost sheep, we are to go after the one who is far from God, all while we pursue the One who gives life.

Millions in North America are in desperate need of hope. Ultimately, the only hope that’s going to last - in this life and the next - is the hope of the gospel. North American missionaries build relationships and share this hope in their communities and beyond.
