About My Family

Virginia and Jonathan live in Providence, R.I., with their six children: Isaac (16), Asa (8), Jadon (7), Braylynn (7), LeAnnah (5) and Elyse (3). They are members of Grace Harbor Church in Providence.

About My Ministry

Fostering Hope's vision is that every child in foster care has a family to care for them. We call this Project ZERO because we believe that ZERO children should be waiting for a safe and supported family. We mobilize the Christian community to raise up and support foster and adoptive families by creating sustainable cultures of care within their church communities. We view this as both Great Commandment and Great Commission ministry. Indeed, loving our neighbors well creates platforms to connect people to Jesus. Our vision is to see the power of the gospel brought to bear upon this vulnerable community. We long for the day when the glory of God's own adopting love shines brightly through His people.

Many missionaries build a team to join their ministry in prayer, participation, and provision. These friends, family and churches support missionaries beyond the tithes and offerings given within the church plant. Visit for NAMB's policy on providing for church plants.
