About My Family
My wife and I were married in 2017. We have two sweet boys, Paul and Amedee.
About My Church Plant
I first moved to New Orleans when I was 11 years old.
Can I be honest? I hated it.
I had spent most of my childhood up to that point in the north Georgia mountains, and now I was living in a wet, stinky bowl.
Fortunately, I was a good Baptist kid, so I knew the right prayer to pray: “Lord, send me—send me literally anywhere. I will go!” But the silent prayer of my heart was, “Lord, you can send me wherever you want, but I’m not staying in New Orleans.”
But the Lord changed my heart. Over the course of the next few years, through a year as a NAMB student missionary and later a year as a GenSend mobilizer, the Lord opened my eyes to the beauty and the brokenness of New Orleans and brought me back to the city where we are planting a church for the diverse community in Michoud, an area in east New Orleans.

NAMB Church Planting
Millions in North America are in desperate need of hope. Ultimately, the only hope that’s going to last - in this life and the next - is the hope of the gospel. North American missionaries build relationships and share this hope in their communities and beyond.
