About My Family

I was born and raised in North Carolina and my wife, Erin, is from South Carolina. We met on a short term missions to Uganda while attending North Greenville University for our undergraduate degrees. I will be finishing my masters at Southeastern Seminary in the summer of 2024. We got married in 2019 and our son, PJ, was born in May of 2023.

Erin and I have long had a desire for missions. Originally, we thought we would be overseas but after a short term missions trip to Utah in early 2022, we knew the Lord was calling us to Utah. After learning about how unreached Utah is and how Mormonism dominates the culture, our hearts were burdened for the people of Utah. We moved and joined Mosaic Church in Provo, Utah in June 2023, and we are hoping that the Lord uses us to share the hope of the gospel with the people of Utah.

About My Church Plant

Mosaic Church was launched in October 2020 and is right in the middle of downtown Provo. Provo is the most unreached metropolitan area in North America with 82% of the population being Mormon (LDS), 17.5% being religiously unaffiliated, and less than 0.5% being evangelical Christians. Provo is also home to Brigham Young University which is a primarily LDS university. Despite the surrounding LDS religion, we are seeing Mosaic Church continue to grow, and we are seeing men and women leave the LDS church and follow the true and better Jesus.

I am currently serving as a pastoral candidate at Mosaic and my passions are discipleship, equipping the local church to go and make disciples, and pastoral care. Erin and I are hoping that the Lord would use us to further His kingdom through Mosaic and to proclaim the gospel to the people of Utah.

NAMB Church Planting

Millions in North America are in desperate need of hope. Ultimately, the only hope that’s going to last - in this life and the next - is the hope of the gospel. North American missionaries build relationships and share this hope in their communities and beyond.

Pray

Pray for us as missionaries here in Utah. Pray that the Lord would strengthen us spiritually and physically as we proclaim the gospel here in Utah and serve the people of Mosaic Church. Pray that the Lord would protect our family from the enemy. Pray for boldness in sharing the gospel in an area that is so lost. Pray that the Lord would continue to draw people out of the LDS church and into His Kingdom. Pray that the gospel would spread to every corner of Utah.

Participate

We would love for you to partner with us financially. We ask that you would consider giving financially so that we can continue to share the gospel and serve Mosaic Church. We encourage you to connect with us through our Facebook group and monthly emails, so you can keep up with what the Lord is doing in and through us. We would also love to have your church come and visit us in Provo.
