About My Family

My wife, Luz, and I have been married for more than 20 years and are the proud parents of two adult children, Angel and Jessely. Originally from New York, our family moved to Ocala, Florida, in 2023 and has come to love the people and community here.

Our journey has included seasons of joy, transition, hardship, and healing, and through each one we have experienced God’s faithfulness. Luz brings a heart for leadership, discipleship, and caring for people, while my background includes law, leadership development, chaplaincy, and pastoral ministry. As a family, we enjoy meaningful conversation, laughter, gaming, creative projects, and spending time together. We are grateful for the ways God has shaped our story and desire to use our experiences to encourage others and point them toward the hope found in Christ.

About My Church Plant

Life on Mission Church exists to help people walk with Christ, build community, and live on mission. We are establishing our first church community in Ocala, with the vision of developing a connected network of micro-churches and house churches led by equipped community builders. These communities will create space for discipleship, pastoral care, shared meals, prayer, service, and authentic relationships.

We are passionate about reaching people who feel disconnected from traditional church settings. Through local ministry, online community, chaplaincy, and digital outreach, we meet people where they are and help them take their next step toward Jesus. Our goal is not simply to gather a crowd, but to make disciples who make disciples, strengthen families, serve their communities, and help launch new expressions of the church.

NAMB Church Planting

Millions in North America are in desperate need of hope. Ultimately, the only hope that’s going to last - in this life and the next - is the hope of the gospel. North American missionaries build relationships and share this hope in their communities and beyond.

Pray

Pray for boldness to share the gospel and open hearts among the people to whom we speak. Pray that through this ministry, more people would come to saving faith and live on mission. Pray for stamina and longevity for ministry amidst attacks from the enemy.
