About My Family

I'm married to Diana D. Trejo; we are both from Mexico. We have two daughters with finished careers. They don’t live with us at this moment because their work is currently based in Houston, Texas.

The pastor’s family is a testimony—not of perfection, but of God’s grace in real life. When the home is filled with prayer, forgiveness, laughter and love, it becomes a refuge not only for me but also a model for the flock I shepherd. But Scripture reminds me that caring for our family is a biblical qualification for shepherding others (1 Timothy 3:4-5). The way you love your family is a living sermon that speaks volumes to your church.

About My Church Plant

I’m a bivocational pastor. It’s not always easy—time is limited, energy gets stretched—but it’s a beautiful testimony of sacrificial love. Every sermon I prepare after a long day, every hospital visit I make on my lunch break, every prayer whispered between tasks—God sees it all, and it is precious to Him. Being bivocational means I’m not just balancing two jobs—I’m serving God in two mission fields—the church and the marketplace. This gives me a powerful platform to model servant leadership, humility and faithfulness in everyday life. I’m showing our congregation that ministry is not confined to the pulpit but is lived out in the rhythms of work, family and community.

NAMB Church Planting

Millions in North America are in desperate need of hope. Ultimately, the only hope that’s going to last - in this life and the next - is the hope of the gospel. North American missionaries build relationships and share this hope in their communities and beyond.

Pray

Spiritual Strength: Pray I may remain faithful, encouraged and rooted in God’s Word as I shepherd His flock. Wisdom and Guidance: Pray I can discern God’s will in every decision, both in ministry and personal life. Family: Pray we would have protection, unity and joy in our home, that together we may be a light to others. The Church: Pray God would deepen our love for Him, strengthen our fellowship and open new doors for sharing the gospel. Community Outreach: Pray hearts would be softened to receive the hope we have in Christ.
