About My Family
I serve as Storyline’s primary teaching pastor and directional leader. My wife, Cherish, and I have been married 12 years and have four boys. We love spending time with others, cheering on the Cardinals and exploring St. Louis with our boys.
I am a graduate of the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and served as a staff pastor for eight years at Sojourn Church in Louisville, Ky., before sensing a call to plant Storyline Church in St. Louis, Mo.

About My Church Plant
The Lord called me to plant Storyline Church in South City St. Louis out of a burden for the city and the unchurched. While 2.7 million people live in the St. Louis metropolis, fewer than 18% of its residents would affiliate themselves with an evangelical church. More specifically, the neighborhoods of Storyline are severely lacking in churches to reach and serve its residents with the gospel. The neighborhoods of Storyline contain more than 55,000 people but few healthy, evangelical churches.
It is Storyline’s mission to reach people with the gospel, disciple them into relationship with Jesus and multiply them throughout St. Louis and the world.

NAMB Church Planting
Millions living in North America have not been reached with the gospel. But a new church makes change possible in an unreached neighborhood.
Send Network church planters immerse themselves in a community, learning the rhythms and culture as they establish relationships with the lost. A church plant grows out of the evangelism efforts of the planter and his core team.
