About My Family

In August of 2019, my family was sent out from Oak Park Baptist Church in the Louisville area to start a new church in Pittsburgh. We landed at Renaissance Church to learn from them and build relationships in the city.

On January 17, 2021, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, a team of 12 families from Oak Park and Renaissance plus others in the community met officially for the first time to prepare for the work God had called them to. From there, the story is still being written…

About My Church Plant

Our mission is to make followers of Jesus who want to see individuals, families and neighborhoods restored to God’s original design. We desire to see followers of Jesus grow in love for God, show love for one another and go make more disciples.

We accomplish our mission through Sunday worship gatherings, weekly discipleship, missions, serve groups and daily Individual practices. We are defined by the way we trust the Bible and prayer, unite the diverse, equip the saints and pursue the overlooked.

NAMB Church Planting

Millions living in North America have not been reached with the gospel. But a new church makes change possible in an unreached neighborhood.
Send Network church planters immerse themselves in a community, learning the rhythms and culture as they establish relationships with the lost. A church plant grows out of the evangelism efforts of the planter and his core team.

Pray

Pray the Holy Spirit will call people to join the core team. Pray financial needs will be met. Pray the good news of Jesus will advance throughout Pittsburgh.
