About My Family

My wife, Katie, and I have been married 11 years. We have two children. Josh is 10, and Reagan is 2. Although Reagan is kind of a brat, she's got daddy wrapped around her finger.

We have two dogs. Jack is a border collie/labrador mix. He's 13. Then there's Daisy who is a golden retriever/labrador mix pup. I'm hoping to make her into my bird dog. We shall see how that goes.

About My Church Plant

We are launching the third Set Free campus in Alaska. This one will be in Anchorage.

Set Free focuses on reaching the addicted, afflicted, rejected, and dejected. Our core audience is basically those who are wary of "religion" or church. We are going to pursue training in Celebrate Recovery in order to be able to use that model for the people with whom we come in contact.

Many people in Anchorage would benefit from this ministry, and we hope to lead as many of them to Jesus as possible!

NAMB Church Planting

Millions in North America are in desperate need of hope. Ultimately, the only hope that’s going to last - in this life and the next - is the hope of the gospel. North American missionaries build relationships and share this hope in their communities and beyond.

Pray

Pray for boldness to share the gospel and open hearts among the people to whom we speak. Pray that through this ministry, more people would come to saving faith and live on mission. Pray for stamina and longevity for ministry amidst attacks from the enemy. Pray that God shows us innovative ways to reach people during the time of COVID-19. Pray that God gives us a constant positive attitude and fresh perspective and that we never get jaded or downtrodden.

Participate

Build relationships with missionaries and their families. Send notes of encouragement. Learn birthdays and anniversaries, so you can send gifts and cards.
Learn the ministry strategy and context, so you can provide relevant resources. Support a missionary financially.
