About My Church Plant
I am currently the director of Hispanic ministry for First Baptist Church Live Oak in Live Oak, Fla. I started in this position the first week of March 2021. Upon arriving at Live Oak, I learned that for many years before, the church had been praying for someone to come to teach Hispanics the Word of God.
Today the activities of the ministry give hope to Hispanics, Americans and all races when we share the gospel daily. We give away Bibles and gospel tracks. We have weekly Bible study. We praise the Lord on Sundays and have Sunday School. We have a monthly activity in the library to tell stories to children in Spanish. We minister to migrant workers. We have a relationship with the police department, fire department and other entities who serve the community praying for them constantly.

NAMB Church Planting
Millions in North America are in desperate need of hope. Ultimately, the only hope that’s going to last - in this life and the next - is the hope of the gospel. North American missionaries build relationships and share this hope in their communities and beyond.
