About My Family
After traveling around the world for years with the Peace Corps and other organizations, Justyn realized that although he was doing the things the Lord calls us to do—serving the orphan and widow—his heart was far from Him. After hitting rock bottom, he entered a church, and the first person he met there was a missionary kid, who is now his wife.
Over two years of growing closer to the Lord, we served others silently alongside each other, partnering with Send Relief in Los Angeles. On those long drives from Riverside to Los Angeles, carpooling with each other, Justyn looked up and realized that his wife was going to be the one who had quietly been serving alongside him for years.
Our church family in Los Angeles still considers the ministry as the main divine appointment of us falling in love with each other; they are not wrong.

About My Ministry
Even before putting Christ first in my life, I had always been instilled with a sense of justice and an innate desire to help the vulnerable and broken. I served in the Peace Corps in Africa, taught in Thailand, and worked in non-profit organizations. The true joy has been serving the population who live in the river bottoms of the Inland Empire, leading them in the Word, and coming to After Hours for the last two years, seeing that the Lord will always leave the 99 for the 1.
After seeing the pastor’s vision for the church and Los Angeles, our sense of calling became increasingly clear. With faith as our foundation, we left our full-time jobs and moved to Los Angeles. Confident that He goes before us and makes a way, we are filled with joy, eager to share the life-changing hope that has so deeply transformed our own lives.
