About My Family
I am married to Lisa, my bride of 26 years. Lisa is a licensed professional counselor and licensed marriage and family therapist, and she’s a great mom and wife.
Our two children are Jessica, who is 24, and Alexander, who is 20 and a student at College of the Ozarks. Alex is studying physical education.
We have lived in many places, including the Middle East and North Africa, but we also have lived in rural Missouri, New Orleans and now Springdale, Arkansas, which is my hometown. In God’s timing, Lisa, Jessica and I will be moving this summer to Washington, D.C., in obedience to the Great Commission.

About My Church Plant
I am starting Bread of Life Church in the Washington, D.C., area to reach Muslims from Sudan who are living in our nation’s capitol. The people of Sudan have lived in our hearts since 1999. The Sudanese are more than 90% Muslim, which means that 40 million will either be left behind when Jesus returns, or they will spend eternity in hell if God does not move in miraculous ways. The good news is that God has been moving in Sudan, and He has allowed me to bring the gospel to some of them in a tiny town near where I live.
Washington, D.C., is home to between 4,000 and 6,000 Sudanese Muslims. They can be used by God to lead their own people to the freedom only Jesus can give. In the Lord’s strength, I will be starting Bread of Life Church, and it will become self-governing, self-supporting and self-multiplying, both in America and abroad.

NAMB Church Planting
Millions in North America are in desperate need of hope. Ultimately, the only hope that’s going to last - in this life and the next - is the hope of the gospel. North American missionaries build relationships and share this hope in their communities and beyond.
