About My Family
I am a husband and the father of three. I am a Navy veteran and an Hispanic church planter in the city of Mesa, Ariz. Christ Church Mesa is our sending church.
I graduated from the University of New Mexico and Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. I was born in the U.S. but grew up in Mexico. I came to know Jesus while a 16-year-old in Mexico.
I returned to the U.S. when I was 18 to join the Navy. I met my wife during my high-school years in Mexico and then brought her to the U.S. through a fiancée visa. We have been married for 20 years and have been serving His church since we were teens, together. We are a missionary family to the Latino community in the U.S.

About My Church Plant
We are planting a church in Mesa, Ariz., among Spanish-speaking peoples from various countries in Latin America. We currently have 120+ people gathering every Sunday. We have community groups during the week. About 8 different countries are represented in our church.
NAMB Church Planting
Millions living in North America have not been reached with the gospel. But a new church makes change possible in an unreached neighborhood.
Send Network church planters immerse themselves in a community, learning the rhythms and culture as they establish relationships with the lost. A church plant grows out of the evangelism efforts of the planter and his core team.
