About My Family

I grew up as a pastor’s kid in South Jersey with a big heart for people and for the church. I went to school at Liberty University for digital media and graphic design with every intention of becoming a creative director one day. Through a series of open and closed doors, God changed my plan to go overseas and then to living on mission in the Pacific Northwest. I have a huge passion for discipleship, biblical literacy and developing ministry leaders through the local church.

On any given day, you can find me chatting with students in coffee shops, strolling on a mountain sunset walk, beating friends at card games, doing puzzles while listening to my seminary textbooks, hosting post-church lunch at my house, showing my students the joy of a Goodwill find or hunkered down planning our next ministry event.

About My Ministry

I lead a team of incredible students and young adults as the Interim Director of Engage, our college ministry at Southern Oregon University (SOU). SOU is a culture that is very spiritually dark. They hold a very low value for truth, celebrating the individual as divine authority. They are desperately seeking identity, hope, purpose and belonging. The joy of my life is to meet with these students, hear their stories and tell them about a God who satisfies all their desires. I get to develop leaders and send them out to serve and form discipleship relationships with their peers. We are seeing God call the people you would least expect to come to Him. He is breaking generational curses and raising up laborers for His harvest.

I know God has good plans for SOU. We ask big things of Him, and He is doing exceedingly and abundantly more!

Pray

Pray our leaders will be equipped, encouraged, emboldened, strengthened, unified and protected. Pray for open hearts and open doors for the gospel among the students and staff at SOU. Pray our students will continue taking their next faith step as they grow deeper in their walk with Jesus. Pray God will give me wisdom, discernment and utter dependence on Him, as I seek to lead and love these students well. Pray our students will develop into disciples who make disciples who make disciples, building lifelong rhythms with Jesus that far outlast their time at SOU. Pray more leaders and church planters will join us in advancing the kingdom in Southern Oregon.
